Our Internal Sales Representatives are individuals with the vision and dedication to provide world-class customer service to our customers through handling inbound sales calls and prospecting for business opportunities to commercial hotels and property management company’s. This is a dynamic position with high earnings potential with hourly, appointment booking bonuses and revenue bonuses.
The Internal Sales Representative position offers a highly incentivized performance-based compensation package. A motivated and driven individual can earn beyond an average hourly sales job. We’re looking for activity driven people who want to earn what they’re worth.

Job Description
Our Inside Sales Representatives create and nurture ongoing relationship contacts with our number one customer – our customers calling in.
Your objective is to book jobs from inbound telephone call inquiries.
Being in a fast-paced environment, this role requires a consultative sales and benefit-oriented customer approach..
This is a full-time position

What will you do as our Internal Sales Representative?
• Take in-bound phone call inquiries, sell the benefit of our companies (we own & also)- booking the lead with an appointment in our software.
• During slow times, send emails and follow-calls to hotels, sending emails and text messages to sell carpet cleaning, carpet dyeing services etc.
Qualifications
Qualities we look for in our Internal Sales Representative?
• Demonstrated sales experience
• previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of success
• Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques
• Clear and effective presentation skills
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology
• Goal oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement
• Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams

What is our pay plan?
• Self-determined, performance-based compensation package
• Base Hourly position, + performance-based appointment setting commissions and bonuses to make sure customer is happy and leaving reviews etc.
• No limit on commissions
• The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable
