Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? We’re seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and drive revenue growth by nurturing client relationships and converting leads into successful sales opportunities.

**Responsibilities:**

– Prospect and qualify potential leads through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to build a robust sales pipeline.
– Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, provide product/service information, and effectively communicate the value proposition.
– Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to showcase our offerings and address client inquiries, objections, and concerns in a persuasive manner.
– Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and execute sales plans, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
– Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and customer information using CRM software for efficient pipeline management and reporting.
– Follow up on leads and opportunities on time, nurturing relationships through the sales cycle and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
– Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
– Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and sales activities.
– Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
– Familiarity with sales methodologies such as consultative selling, solution selling, or SPIN selling.
– Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and objection-handling strategies.
