We are actively seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in booking appointments for our manager to bolster our business acquisition initiatives. Experience in IT or in acquisitions isn’t mandatory. The representative will be tasked with generating leads, undertaking cold calls, scheduling appointments, and optimizing the manager’s schedule. This full-time role encompasses a 40-hour week, running from 9AM to 6PM Eastern Standard Time.
Responsibilities:
– Initiate calls to provided leads to secure appointments.
– Research and pinpoint prospective targets.
– Generate leads
– Align appointments with potential sellers based on the buyer’s schedule.
– Confirm meetings, ensuring the buyer has all essential details.
– Re-engage with potential sellers for rescheduling or additional meetings.
– Consistently meet or surpass monthly and quarterly appointment booking objectives.
Requirements:
– At least 2 years’ experience in cold calling (outbound)
– Demonstrated success in lead generation, appointment setting, and target achievement.
– Stellar communication and interpersonal aptitudes.
– Capable of both autonomous and collaborative work.
– Proficient organizational and time-management abilities.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales-related tools.
– Fluent in English
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline.
– Having experience in IT is a great asset
