Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a skilled long term inside sales representative that is willing to grow with our company

Your responsibilities:
1. You will be talking and following up with potential sellers
a. These calls are NOT cold calls. These are prospective clients that have contacted us first
b. You will use your skills to help obtain the seller contract

Skills and Requirements:
• Strong sales experience, preferably in real estate
• Strong customer service experience
• Have solid interpersonal skills and extremely comfortable talking to and dealing with people.
• Ability to communicate and speak fluent English

Part-Time Time Needed:
– Hours can be flexible just as long as you are available sometime between 10 am EST and 6 pm EST on weekdays.
– Saturday is optional, but a big plus!

Compensation:
– We pay well for great performance!
– We will pay for an hourly rate plus Quarterly Bonuses and Performance Bonus for each lead that you qualify that leads to a completed transaction
– If you are a results-oriented person, you have the ability to more than double your hourly earnings.

Extra Credit for one or more of the following:
1. Call center experience
2. Acquisitions experience
3. Real estate experience
4. Consulting experience
5. Sales management experience
