Duties and Responsibilities: Regular activities for this role include: answering phone calls, emails, texts, and social media messages, following up on quotes and missed calls, logging details of stakeholders after contact, scheduling requests at services, posting and responding to online reviews, performing feedback calls along with contract and payment confirmations, informing stakeholders of completed services, reaching out to past stakeholders for quality control check-ins, creating and monitoring outbound marketing programs, and other tasks that may arise. Additional incentive pay exists for this role through multiple channels such as upsells for ancillary services ($10), obtaining reviews ($5), and obtaining referrals ($10). Previous experience for a service based company or real estate company is considered a strong asset but not required.
