Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and email. This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The Inside Sales Representative will be specializing in B2C sales and generally follow the organizational sales playbook to align with the sales process and pitch solutions that address prior customers. You must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. This is a mid-level position that reports to the Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully generating leads and meeting or exceeding sales quotas. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.

What you’ll do in this role

Reach out to customers by making 75 to 100 touches per day with 75?lls and 25% emails.

Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.

Evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and recommend improvements.

Work on prospecting, negotiation, and presentation and use B2C skills.

Use product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to retain customers.

Track, document , and retrieve information in database.

Offer additional products and services with every sale.

Deliver exceptional sales skills with a smile.

Your Qualifications

1+ year of proven sales experience

Experience in B2C sales or business development

A strong understanding of the sales/selling process, communication skills, negotiation techniques, and closing of deals.

A team player with effective communication and a positive attitude

Proficiency in English both verbal and written. Native American speaker is a plus but not required.

Has strong computer navigation and fast typing skills.

A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home.

A perfectly working computer and a high-speed internet connection.

Can work on a graveyard shift Pacific Time with 8-hour full-time schedules – 5 days a week, Mondays-Fridays – weekends off.?

Compensation

Our company is offering a salary of $5 base hourly with a commission of $1 for every closed sale. A chance to increase after a 3-month probationary period.
