SUMMARY: Agility Staffing Services is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our client in New Zealand. The individual’s primary role is to drive the organization’s sales and offer its products and services to customers within the area of assignment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prospect potential clients through consistent sales efforts using phone and email.
• Actively participate and collaborate with the internal sales team in developing impactful strategies to improve the market share within the assigned territory.
• Target and identify sales opportunities for non-user businesses within assigned territory by attending in-person client meetings and site visits.
• Own all client account management and proactively recommend improvements to increase annual revenue for current and new clients in the territory.
• Consistently meet and follow the organization’s KPI goals and objectives.
• Utilize the Salesforce CRM system to track performance and manage customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) in Marketing, Business, or related field – Required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales cold-calling is required.
• With HubSpot experience is required
-With experience in working with marketing automation and email marketing tools specifically Hubspot
-Work-flow creation
– The candidate should be Independent with strong functional expertise to manage and create a variety of email campaigns, including template designs, calls-to-action, and split tests used in an email with assistance from the content team to increase lead generation
– Basic knowledge of HTML preferred
-Had experience working with a broader team
-Must be detail-oriented
-Hands-on experience in email campaign delivery, setup & analytics
-Experience in handling data
-Excellent spoken and written English with persuasive communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume, and goal-oriented sales environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and contact management systems, like Salesforce, is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are required.

• At least Core Intel i5 or equivalent
• Must have 8GB RAM
• Must have at least 30GB of free disk space available
• Dual Screen Display Monitor
• One available USB port for the headset
• One Noise canceling headset like Plantronics or Jabra
COMPUTER SOFTWARE:
• Operating system must be Windows 10 Pro Only
• Must have the latest windows updates
• Must have an antivirus installed and updated
• There MUST be no Possible Unwanted Applications (PUA, Malware, or adware)
INTERNET SERVICE:
• Should have cable or fiber internet service.
• Minimum upload speed (25mbps)
• Minimum Download Speed (25mbps)
NETWORK:
• Computer must be connected via LAN at least 100MBPS
• Good reception for WIFI
