What we’re hiring for:
We are looking to hire Sales Associates who are responsible for generating sales and building long-term relations with Clients. Sales Associates convert leads to orders and generate sales for the company through Outbound and Inbound Campaigns.
As a member of the Inside Sales Team, you’re responsible for:
– Closing inbound leads generated by our marketing team.
– Growing existing client accounts.
– Providing a superior customer experience to our clients.
– Schedule outbound campaigns.
– Find new prospects and accounts to reach out to for custom apparel orders.
– We’re looking for someone communicative, receptive, empathetic, and persistent. You’ll have to be ambitious and committed to your customers to succeed in this role.
As a member of the Sales Team, you will be given complete autonomy over your work and decision-making. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys new challenges daily, customer-obsessed, with strong communication skills, can be resourceful in high-pressure situations, and ability to problem solve quickly and analytically.
By doing so, you will be contributing toward generating new leads and converting warm leads into actual clients for Threadly. This is your #1 goal.
Daily operations can change quickly as is expected with a high growth company. Currently, the job responsibilities include:
– Communicating with Clients, running outbound campaigns, responding and following up on leads.
– Understanding Clients’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
– Answering potential Clients’ questions and sending additional information per email.
– Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
– Using CRM tools like Salesforce, Hubspot to create and maintain a database of current and potential Clients.
– Staying informed about competing products and services.
– Upselling products and services.
– Researching and qualifying for new leads.
– Reaching out to prospective clients and accounts to generate new business.
– Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Shift Timings: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
What we’re looking for:
– 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience is preferred.
– Fluent in written and verbal English. A neutral accent so you can communicate clearly with American customers.
– MBA/BBA in marketing would be a big plus.
– Experience in SAAS/IT sales is a huge advantage.
– Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
– Experience with CRM software like Salesforce is preferred
– Experience with sales engagement software like , , saleshandy, or Apollo are preferred.
– Great interpersonal and people skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Exceptional customer service skills.
– Strong listening and sales skills.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
