Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to re-engage and rehash leads that are already in our CRM system and have already met with our outside sales team for an appointment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales, particularly in rehashing leads, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Re-Engagement – Contact leads in our CRM who have previously had appointments but have not moved forward in the sales process.
Follow-Up – Conduct follow up calls and emails to re-engage leads and address any concerns or objections they may have.
CRM Management – Update and manage the CRM system with accurate and detailed notes of all interactions and follow ups .
Sales Pitch – Present and explain the benefits of our roofing solutions, addressing any specific needs or concerns of the lead at a high level. Specific questions will be deferred to the sales rep working with the customer, but using this to bring the customer back in and get them on the calendar for another meeting.
Appointment Setting – Schedule follow up appointments for the outside sales team with re-engaged leads
Collaboration – working closely with the outside sales team to ensure a seamless transition and effective follow up on re-engaged leads.
Performance Metrics – Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, follow ups, and re-engaged leads appointments set.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in inside sales with a focus on re-engaging and rehashing leads
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM systems
Ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions
Self – motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus but not required

What We Offer:
Hourly Salary (40 hours per week) + Commission. Commission based on rehashed leads being reset, attended, and generating revenue. $4.00 USD per hour + $4.00 for every appointment rehashed.
