This is a home-based position so it is imperative that all candidates have a quiet room to work in, a personal computer, stable high-speed internet access (20 Mbps download AND upload speed or higher), and a noise-cancelling headset.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting them into loyal customers
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry developments. Use this knowledge to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, consistently achieving and surpassing revenue goals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities using Zoho CRM
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
Stay updated with the latest product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry regulations through continuous learning and training initiatives
Maintain privacy and discretion at all times. Due to the nature of the products, it is important that all company and customer related information is kept secure
Any other tasks as required by management
Qualifications
University or college degree is an asset
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a telemarketer, appointment setter, and/or sales representative is required. Experience in B2B or healthcare sales is an asset
Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets
Proven ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships, with a focus on providing outstanding service and support
High self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced sales environment
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and meet deadlines
Must have excellent communication skills in English (oral, written, and comprehension)
Must be well-versed with computers and computer programs (such as Microsoft Office applications), internet proficiency. Experience with Zoho CRM is an asset
Professional, organized, with excellent phone etiquette is required
Ability to remain discreet and private regarding all work matters
Demonstrate customer service, professionalism and interpersonal skills
Compensation
20,000 PHP per month plus a very generous bonus structure. There are monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses. This is ideal for self-motivated sales-focused people who want to make more money. Business Hours
Business hours are from Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM Eastern Standard Time EST. 40 hours per week, with 30-minute paid break.
