About the Role:
Do you have a passion for beautiful things and a knack for building relationships? If so, we’re looking for a dazzling Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team! You’ll be the friendly face (or voice) behind our brand, ensuring every customer has a sparkling experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Be a jewelry expert! Learn about our product lines (diamonds, gemstones, metals, etc.) and confidently answer customer inquiries.
2. Provide exceptional customer service across all channels (phone, email, live chat, social media).
3. Assist customers with selecting the perfect piece for any occasion, offering personalized recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
4. Process orders, manage returns, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying journey.
5. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, working towards resolutions that exceed expectations.
6. Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions effectively.
7. Stay up-to-date on current jewelry trends and industry knowledge.
8. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or retail sales.
2. Proven ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
4. A keen eye for detail and a passion for jewelry (a plus!).
5. Ability to learn quickly and retain product information.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
7. Experience with a Point-of-Sale (POS) system is preferred.
8. Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
