Overview: Stefanov Capital is an innovative growth enablement company, primarily catering to Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and adjacent businesses. We’re actively seeking multiple diligent and communicative Inside Sales Representative – Residential (ISR-R) candidates to streamline our client’s sales and lead nurturing process. The chosen candidates will play a pivotal role in converting marketing leads into potential customers for our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lead Nurturing: Make outbound calls, send emails, and generate SMS messages to prospects acquired from various marketing initiatives.
2. Inbound Call Handling: Manage and address all inbound calls directed to the marketing-specific phone numbers, ensuring that prospects receive timely and appropriate responses.
3. Address Verification: Validate the physical address of each prospect to ensure serviceability.
4. Service Discovery: Engage in a structured discovery process with each prospect, determining their needs in relation to internet, voice, and TV services.
5. Lead Prioritization: Classify and prioritize leads based on potential conversion likelihood.
6. Lead Conversion: Once a lead is deemed qualified and ready for further engagement, performing an assessment of the client’s needs and proposing solutions to close.
7. Data Management: Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring that all interactions, notes, and outcomes are appropriately logged.
8. Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reports on lead status, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs to higher management.
9. Feedback Loop: Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality, suggesting improvements as necessary.
10. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest in internet, voice, and TV services to provide accurate and relevant information to prospects.

Compensation Plan:
1. Target Total Compensation: $1,320 USD per Month (Approximately ?80,000)
2. Base Salary: Competitive hourly rate of $4.50 USD per hour (Target $780 USD per month)
3. New Installed Subscribers Commission: For each lead that culminates in a new subscription, a commission of $12.00 USD (Target $600 USD per month) will be granted.
4. Thirteenth Month Incentive: We will pay a 13th month incentive-based average of the entire annual compensation that includes all commissions earned.

Qualifications and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be proficient in English.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of the ISP industry, products, and services is a plus.
