Job Responsibilities:
* Exhibit advanced to expert proficiency in Salesforce as a CRM, leveraging its capabilities to optimize our sales process.
* Efficiently manage and lead a sales team to consistently achieve high-performance standards.
* Oversee the complete sales cycle, from the initial engagement to the post-service follow-up, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
* Meet or exceed revenue targets both individually and as a team.
* Mentor and train future sales representatives for optimal performance and growth within the company.
* Develop and manage an Inside Sales Team to meet or exceed performance goals.
* Manage inbound calls from potential customers and proactively reach out to those who have expressed interest in our services.
* Sell residential & commerical pest control services, as well as other related services, in line with our standard operating procedures.
* Follow-up with new leads and existing customers to close sales, utilizing our CRM to track progress.
* Conduct daily and weekly individual and team meetings via Zoom to maintain alignment and momentum towards common goals.
* Utilize Salesforce dashboards and reports to inform strategy and provide clear guidance for the sales team.
* Create new customer service accounts and schedule inspections or quality control visits as required.
* Multitask effectively across various programs, including real-time data entry, order placement, and account look-ups, all while maintaining professional and friendly communication.
* Achieve set conversion goals and other performance metrics, such as booking rate and monthly revenue sold.
* Initiate and oversee customer-care programs, including telephone surveys and follow-ups on additional services.
Requirements

• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Experience in remote team management
