Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week), Graveyard Shift

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Specialist responsible for obtaining pricing and providing quotes directly to customers, and outside sales colleagues. This role requires a proactive individual with strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify all business opportunities and sell our services, including freight, delivery, clearance, and insurance.
Develop and maintain functional knowledge of the products, services, and operations offered by the company.
Establish and maintain a close working relationship with operational staff and management to meet customer needs.
Negotiate rates/quotes with vendors and secure business at the agreed price.
Monitor existing accounts and regularly communicate with primary contacts.
Work on establishing new accounts and building profitable sales to new and existing customers.
Provide feedback from clients on offered and sold services.
Troubleshoot problems regarding services provided and expedite the resolution of customer complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Support the company’s branding and selling campaigns.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
Experience in Customer Service in the International Logistics field is preferred.
Advanced training in recent sales techniques is a plus.
Strong customer/client focus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Results-driven with good business acumen.
Organizational skills.
