Inside Sales Specialist

OVERVIEW:?

Our team is searching for a talented Internal Sales Specialist (25 hours per week) with 3+ years of previous sales experience to Organize, Schedule and contact clients and leads via HubSpot. In addition to these tasks, you will work closely with our Social Media Specialist to ensure that we are keeping in touch with leads from social media.

The internal specialist must have experience with HubSpot and ZoomInfo as well as LinkedIn sales.

TASKS:
*Lead Generation and Management
*Utilize ZoomInfo to research and identify potential leads within targeted markets.
*Utilize ZoomInfo/LinkedIn to update information in HubSpot.
*Use HubSpot CRM to track and manage lead information, ensuring all communication and interaction details are up to date.
*Implement inbound and outbound sales strategies to nurture and qualify leads through the sales funnel.
*Scheduling follow-up meeting for the Business development team to attend after our Campaigns and Newsletters have arrived.
*Monitor and track client/lead engagement on LinkedIn and HubSpot.
*Organize HubSpot leads based on leads and clients.
*Send out weekly introductions to new potential client needs via HubSpot
*Send out weekly follow-up client emails via HubSpot
*Utilize HubSpot reporting tools to track sales activities, Pipelines Profession and overall performance.
*Analyze Data from Both Husbspot and zoon info to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and successful strategies.
*Create tasks and keep on top of them all through Hubspot

REQUIREMENTS:
*Speak & write in fluent English.
*Experience using a social media scheduling tool (HubSpot, Zoominfo, LinkedIn,etc)
*Experience organizing clients/leads in HubSpot.
*At least 3 years of experience as an inside sales specialist.
*Experience with lead research
*Experience Scheduling appointments in Hubspot
*Must be able to sync outside sales Calendars from Microsoft to Hubspot.

HOURS: 25 hours /week
RATE: $6/ hour ($600/month)
