Position Purpose:
The role of Inside Sales Vendor Sales Rep is diverse and interesting, involving connections and negotiations with external vendor partners. Vendors will be working along side us sending us clients for funding and credit applications. We will build vendor relationships through getting direct contacts and emails for equipment dealers in the GA Market to work with on getting clients approved for equipment financing.
Job Responsibilities:
• Build capacity for our vendor list based on Equipment type.
• Manage and perform all strategic sourcing and vendor management activities
including the following:

Make data driven vendor network decisions based on market driven demand
planning
• Source, Recruit, On-board, Manage and Train vendors.
• Conduct vendor meetings throughout the day: recruiting, phone screens, and
interviews.
• Handle vendor incoming calls, web, and email queries.
• Establish a measurable and quantifiable process for efficient and effective
recruiting.
• Develop outreach strategies to best attract potential candidates, using creative
abilities to reach targeted talent.
• Manage the flow of inquiries and candidates through the recruitment process.
• Partners daily with other departments to ensure vendor needs are being met.
• Receive, log, and assist in resolving channel partner and end customer complaints.
• Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential vendors.
• Ensure vendors are compliant with all certifications initially and ongoing.
• Explain partnerships, processes, and the advantage of working with Wright Now Funding.
• Assist in maintaining vendor-related performance reports.
• Conduct business review meetings with departments to make sure all vendor
needs are met.
• Provides and analyzes data and information to support other business units
Hold vendors to a standard in which will make them and ourselves successful
Job Requirements (including education):
• Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in recruiting, cold calling, general business, process improvement.
• Fast-learner and ability to multi-task.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills
• Self-starter / proactive and take ownership of assignments.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Englih
• Results-oriented individual with the ability to adapt to a changing environment; able
to meet monthly goals.
• Trucking & Construction Experience a PLUS
HAS EXPERIENCE WITH GO HIGH LEVEL
