Instagram Accounts Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Instagram Accounts Manager to manage and grow our three Instagram accounts. If you have a passion for social media, a keen understanding of Instagram’s algorithms and rules, and a flair for content creation, we want to hear from you!
Account Management:
– Manage and grow three distinct Instagram accounts.
– Ensure that each account has a unique strategy and does not overlap in terms of targeting and following users.
– Regularly update account content with engaging posts, stories, reels, and highlights.
– Engage / Like / Reply to comments
Content Creation:
– Create engaging reels that resonate with our target audience. (We will share images we use for our reels with you, so you can create similar reels yourself)
– Design and curate highlights.
– Ensure consistent posting across all accounts.
Targeting & Engagement:
– Identify and target potential followers using hashtags, competitor followers, and other innovative methods.
– Engage with followers and other accounts to increase visibility and growth.
– Ensure that each account targets/follows users uniquely, avoiding any overlap.
Compliance & Best Practices:
– Stay updated with Instagram’s rules and guidelines to ensure all accounts remain in good standing.
– Avoid actions that may lead to account penalties, such as following too many users at once.
– Spread out engagement activities throughout the day to mimic organic user behavior.
Requirements:
– Experience in managing multiple Instagram accounts would be great.
– Strong understanding of Instagram’s rules, algorithms, and best practices.
– Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying growth opportunities.
– Creative mindset with a knack for content creation.
– Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage tasks throughout the day.
– Strong communication skills.
