Instagram Affiliate Outreach Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Instagram Affiliate Outreach Specialist to engage with modest women, primarily from Muslim, Jewish, or Christian backgrounds, and encourage them to become affiliates for our brand. In this role, you will initiate conversations, explain the affiliate program benefits, and, upon agreement, facilitate the setup of affiliate codes in Shopify. Your daily responsibilities will involve reaching out to hundreds of individuals within your specific niche.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Targeted Outreach:**
– Identify and engage with modest women on Instagram within the specified demographics.
– Initiate conversations through direct messaging, providing information about our affiliate program.

2. **Affiliate Program Promotion:**
– Clearly communicate the benefits of becoming an affiliate, including commission rates, promotional materials, and support.
– Answer inquiries and provide assistance to potential affiliates, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

3. **Shopify Affiliate Code Setup:**
– Coordinate with potential affiliates who express interest in joining the program.
– If necessary, guide them through the process of setting up their unique affiliate response, and request assistance from you when needed.

4. **Daily Outreach:**
– Maintain a daily outreach schedule, reaching out to a substantial number of potential affiliates within your niche.
– Keep records of interactions and progress with each potential affiliate.

5. **Reporting and Communication:**
– Provide regular updates on your outreach efforts, including the number of individuals contacted, responses received, and affiliates onboarded.
– Communicate effectively with the team to ensure seamless collaboration.

The job is not hard at all, can be time-consuming, and you have to be organized to track all individuals that have answered your messages.

**Qualifications:**

– Strong proficiency in Instagram outreach and direct messaging.
– Understanding of the modest fashion niche and sensitivity to cultural considerations.
– Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
– Familiarity with Shopify (not necessary)
– Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing daily outreach goals.
