We are seeking a motivated and skilled Social Media Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our company’s growth by engaging with potential clients through various social media platforms and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You will be responsible for creating meaningful connections with prospects, generating interest in our products/services, and ultimately setting appointments for our sales representatives to close deals.

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients via social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Identify and reach out to potential prospects based on target demographics and market research.
Initiate conversations with prospects, build rapport, and effectively communicate our value proposition.
Qualify leads and gather relevant information to determine their level of interest and sales readiness.
Schedule appointments and demonstrations with qualified leads for our sales team.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of appointments and provide necessary background information.
Track and document all interactions and appointment details in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns with sales objectives.
Stay up to date with industry trends, social media best practices, and competitor strategies.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a social media appointment setter or similar role.
Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their functionalities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
Persuasive and confident personality with a customer-centric approach.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using productivity tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management is a plus.
