Instagram appointment setter and everything personal assistant

I am looking for a full-time assistant, to join as our Everything Personal Assistant and Instagram appointment setter.

We are an Online Coaching business who are passionate about helping time-poor guys and girls improve their body confidence.

Main Responsibilities of the role are listed below, however we are looking for the right person and your experience is less important…

– DM management: create conversations with leads and efficiently book in sales calls with leads
– Support growth of Instagram page – developing more followers of our client avatar (niche)
– Produce and schedule content for Instagram and Facebook pages
– Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Trainerize and Notion applications (experience of Google apps required only)
– Client management administration tasks

The role could be for you if:
– Able to learn fast, work with a variation of tasks and responsibilities
– You are honest, open, trustworthy and a good communicator
– You want to work towards a long term growth career opportunity and have a hunger for growth
– You will be able to work with United Kingdom timezone and flexible hours (circa 8hrs a day, including weekends).
– You must not have any other role as this is a full time role.

Skills required for the role
– Written and spoken English are excellent and you can hold conversations in DMs
– Some/good level of experience on the mentioned applications above
– Sales driven and tenacious in your approach
