Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an Appointment Setter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospects via Instagram direct messages, personalizing interactions to avoid appearing automated, and effectively scheduling appointments with qualified leads. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate social media platforms with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
– Utilize prompts to initiate conversations with prospects through Instagram direct messages.
– Personalize messages to create authentic interactions and prevent questions of automated chat bot usage.
– Send booking links to qualified prospects and ensure smooth scheduling of appointments.
– Reengage with clients who have not yet booked appointments to encourage further interaction.
– Reach out to clients to confirm appointments on the day of scheduled meetings.
– Unsend and resend messages as needed to refresh prospect conversations and maintain engagement.
– Proactively reach out to new followers and respond to inquiries received through reel and post comments.
Qualifications:
– Prior experience in appointment setting, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
– VERY strong english
– Proficiency in using Instagram for business
– Strong communication skills with the ability to personalize messages effectively.
– Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and technologies.
