Job Title: Outbound Appointment Setter for Magnet Media – Short Form Content Marketing Agency

Job Description:
We are searching for a skilled and or eager Virtual Assistant (VA) based in the Philippines to join our team at Magnet Media. As an Outbound Appointment Setter, your main job is to reach out to potential clients via Instagram direct messages, introducing them to what makes Magnet Media’s services stand out and scheduling appointments. Plus, you’ll keep track of your progress in our CRM.

Responsibilities:

Start a minimum of 200 conversations per day by sending cold direct messages on Instagram sharing what Magnet Media has to offer and aiming to set up a meeting.
Clearly explain the nature and value of our content marketing solutions.
Schedule appointments for our sales team by sharing a provided Calendly link with qualified leads or directing them to our Instagram page for entry into our lead nurturing content.
Keep records of all interactions in our CRM system, and share point.

Requirements:

Good verbal communication skills in English.
Multiple Instagram accounts
A Google/ Gmail account
Past experience in appointment setting or telemarketing, or an eagerness to learn.
Ability to understand and explain the value of Magnet Media’s services.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection.

Working Hours and Compensation:

4 hours per day (flexible schedule: 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours at night, whatever works for your schedule.
Hourly rate: $3 USD per hour
Bonus: $40 USD for every successfully closed deal you set the appointment for.
