Instagram Community Engagement Virtual Assistant

We’re a company in the alternative, innovative wellness industry based in the US. As an Instagram Community Engagement Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing our online community on Instagram. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Instagram Community Engagement:
– Monitor our Instagram account and engage with our community by responding to comments, leaving comments on relevant pages, customer service in direct messages, and reposting mentions promptly.
– Foster meaningful interactions with our audience while adapting to our brand voice and maintaining a positive online presence.

2. Have an eye for graphic design
– Ensure when reposting Instagram stories onto our page, stories are visually appealing and on brand. Knows how to use instagram’s story features: colors, fonts, stickers, questions, etc…

3. Customer Service:
– Manage direct messages (DMs) professionally and efficiently, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
– Provide excellent customer support, ensuring a positive experience for our followers and customers.

4. Gather feedback and response
– Be able to take note of user feedback and talking points so we can create valuable content, improve our company and product.

5. Easy Virtual Assistant Tasks:
– Cold outreach via text messaging only (no calls). We will have a script for you.

Technical Requirements:
– Customer service experience.
– English writing proficiency; adapt to our brand voice.
– Proficiency in using Instagram, including the ability to repost stories, navigate direct messages, and leverage Instagram’s features effectively.
– Some graphic design skills, with experience in creating visually appealing Instagram stories.
– Familiarity with iPhone and the ability to use it for Instagram-related tasks. Must have an iPhone for this job.
– Experience in working with a VPN for secure and reliable internet access.
