Role Summary:
As a Sales Specialist at ChromaCards, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers who have expressed interest in our custom metal credit cards through direct messages to our page. Your role will involve discussing our product offerings, assisting customers in choosing their preferred designs, and utilizing your sales tactics to close sales effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers via direct messages, providing comprehensive information about our custom metal credit
cards.
Guide customers through the design selection process, ensuring their preferences are met while highlighting the unique features and benefits of our products.
Employ effective sales strategies and tactics to convert interested individuals into satisfied customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to help improve our products and services.
Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Achieve and surpass sales targets while contributing to the team’s overall success.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably with a background in high-end products or services.
Exceptional communication skills with professional proficiency in English.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
A keen eye for design and aesthetics, capable of understanding and conveying design concepts effectively.
Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in handling direct messaging platforms.
