We are seeking a visionary leader capable of crafting and steering a new department focused on utilizing Instagram as a pivotal platform for digital marketing and lead generation. This high-impact role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic media buying, marketing, and the creation of effective sales funnels specifically on Instagram.
ROLE
As our Instagram Growth Strategist, you will take the helm of our Instagram marketing initiatives, implementing advanced digital marketing strategies to ensure we are achieving our target goals. Your expertise will transform our brand’s presence on Instagram, driving lead generation, increasing engagement, and significantly boosting our overall market influence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Department Leadership:
Integrating the overall business direction and goals into departmental objectives.
Advanced Media Buying
Oversee and optimize advertising spend across Instagram, ensuring maximum ROI through effective media buying and ad placements.
Review Media buying rounds ensuring the success of the daily and weekly targets are being met.
Confirm the tracking data from all media buyers collected are accurate and comprehensive.
Media Buying Training & Support
Ensure all media buyers are well trained and prepared for scalability.
Conduct reviews of round performance to ensure KPIs and quality are being met.
Engagement and Collaboration
Foster relationships with key influencers, manage partnerships, and engage with our audience to strengthen brand loyalty and awareness.
Increase internal Infleuncers network and create systems that allow us to centralize Influencers management.
Budget Management
Managing the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently, and ensuring that spending aligns with strategic priorities.
Process and System Implementation
Develop and implement robust SOPs and tracking systems to monitor, analyze, and enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Campaign Management
Ensuring the campaign’s objectives are delivered on time and within budget.
Split testing: Ensure Ads creatives are being tested and tracked daily.
Mass promotion: Ensure the Media Buyers have a minimum of 5 high performing creatives (Ads) running at all times in the mass promotion phase.
Provide split testing rounds insights/data to Ad creator to maximize Ads performance.
Ensuring that all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the brand’s voice, values, and positioning.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
Utilize advanced tools to gather data, analyze performance metrics, and produce detailed reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Analyzing metrics and KPIs to assess performance and ROI, and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Staying Updated
Keeping up with industry trends and best practices on Instagram as a platform to ensure the company’s strategies remain current and competitive.
Media Buying Strategy
Developing Media Buying strategies that engage and attract the target audience. This includes planning and execution of the types of content (Story Ads, Stories Lead Generation, Lead Generation Ads, Growth Ads, Smart Ads) and ensuring they align with the overall marketing strategy.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 5 years in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful Instagram campaigns and team leadership.
Expertise in Digital Tools: In-depth knowledge of Instagram, including direct experience with campaigns, analytics, and trends. Proficiency with tools like Slack, , Rainmaker App, Google Suite, , QuotaPath, Plecto, and OnceHub. and especially Instagram itself, which will be the central platform for our marketing efforts.
Scrum Master: Experienced in applying Scrum methodologies to maximize team productivity and project success.
Communication and Leadership: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring a team and managing cross-functional projects.
Analytical Skills: Strong capability in data analysis and decision making based on metrics and reports.

RESULTS
Revenue Growth: Drive ambitious revenue growth through targeted Instagram shoutouts, with monthly targets reaching up to $1,000,000 in new business revenue.
Lead Generation: Generate 150-180 new leads per setter team member per week and ensure at least 30 booked calls per closer team member per week through strategic Instagram campaigns.
Follower Engagement: Grow Instagram follower base to over 1,000,000 by the end of 2024 through engaging and innovative content.
KPI Achievement: Successfully meet or exceed KPIs such as CPA, CPBC, CPL, CPF, and Lead Quality Score through strategic management and optimization of Instagram campaigns.
AGREEMENT TERMS
Time
This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position.
This position is remote. You will have the freedom to work from anywhere.
You will also be expected to complete your daily tasks every day, Monday to Friday
You will also be expected to be available to communicate through Slack 8AM-5PM PST daily.

Salary Range
Paid hourly: Hourly rate of $10.00, resulting in a monthly compensation of $1,600 dependent on experience.
