ROLE:

Chelsey Diaz is on a mission to reach 1 Million moms with her encouraging message of time freedom, financial abundance and leaving a thriving family legacy.

She’s looking to partner with a superstar integrator/assistant to strategize and implement growth techniques on her personal brand Instagram account.

Chelsey is the founder of The Rainmaker Family, recently named the #2 fastest growing education company in America.

For this role in particular she’s looking for her RIGHT HAND trusted executive assistant with a specialty for influencer/personal brand growth on Instagram.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Seeking out strategic growth partnerships & shoutouts to grow Chelsey’s personal brand (@chels_diaz)
-Co-create affiliate resources and trainings for Chelsey’s personal Instagram account (@chels_diaz) out of her material
-Light calendar management: Screen, schedule and confirm occasional appointments, meetings and events, while ensuring that -Chelsey’s calendar is optimized according to her dream week schedule
-Design in Canva digital media campaigns aligned with Chelsey’s goals and objectives – Chelsey has a website designer and social media manager on her team, but this role may require light design at times for speed and efficiency.
-Stay up to date with digital media developments and trends on Instagram
-Draft, help develop, and implement an Instagram growth strategy that will help Chelsey grow her account to 1M followers.
-Be a “get it done” gal (or guy) who when Chelsey asks for help, it’s done with minimal questions. Never bring her problems, bring her solutions.
-Provide general administrative support, like pulling reports for strategic planning and feedback
-Reaching out to other influencers for collabs, podcast interviews, product sponsorships, etc

RESULTS
-Chelsey’s personal brand on Instagram sees month over month growth, with an upward trending percentage.
-Chelsey’s calendar is kept optimized to her liking with strategic partnerships and other opportunities that will help her reach more of her idea audience.
-Weekly KPIs are tracked and shared with Chelsey along with strategy for improvement.
-Creative out of the box ideas on how to better upscale Chelsey’s Personal brand are explored.
Messages and opportunities in her DMs are screened, responded to, and filtered up to Chelsey when needed
-Tasks and routines are completed in a timely manner so nothing falls through the cracks.

REQUIREMENTS
-Preferably you have worked with other influencer accounts and helped scale personal brands on Instagram – please share specific accounts you’ve worked with and how you helped in application
-Experience in the E-learning course industry or related field is a plus.
-Light experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role will be helpful.
-6 months to 1 year experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Content Creation fields.
-Community amplification & growth strategies, specifically for Instagram.
-Good understanding of Marketing and Multimedia design.
-Ability to analyze social media metrics and insights from Instagram
-Ahead of trends and full of creative ideas for Chelsey or the team to implement.
-Willing to learn, go through courses Chelsey recommends, and bring back relevant information.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
-Knowledge of travel booking platforms and tools.
-Tech Savvy, Tactful, Researchful
-Kind and gracious, even in stressful situations

AGREEMENT TERMS
-If for any reason you are unable to complete the duties outlined within your role or will be out for a certain period of time, let your lead know as soon as possible to make proper arrangements.
-HOURS: 30-40hrs/week
-SALARY: $10/hr

Will not do:

Book or plot unnecessary tasks / travels on Chelsey’s Calendar.
Share sensitive product ideas/numbers/logistics/structure of the business outside of the organization
