Job Responsibilities:
– Mass DM (Direct Message) potential customers on Instagram to introduce our product and generate interest
– Engage in conversations with prospects via chat or messaging platforms in German (you will use ChatGPT and Google Translate for the messages)
– Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product and effectively communicate its features and benefits to potential customers
– Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide accurate information about our offerings
– Persuade and convince prospects to make a purchase or schedule a phone call with one of our phone callers
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience and effective lead management
– Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

Qualifications:
– Familiarity with Instagram and other social media platforms
– Sales-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve targets
– Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
– Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
– Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
– Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation:
This position offers a combination of hourly compensation and commission-based earnings. The hourly rate will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn commissions based on your sales performance, offering limitless potential for income growth.
