Instagram Model Acquisition Specialist.

In this full time role, you will be responsible for finding and recruiting new talent for
our agency by cold messaging women and girls on Instagram.

(Daily targets will need to be hit, as time goes on you will get the hang of it all)

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify potential models on Instagram by searching for relevant hashtags/profiles/locations etc
* Cold message potential models to introduce our agency and gauge interest in joining by
scripts which we will give you – It is also needed that you are naturally a ‘smooth talker’ of english, as sometimes you will need to think off the top of your head what to reply to potential new models (if they ask something outside of the script)
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for Instagram model acquisition
* Work closely with the rest of the agency team to ensure that we are meeting our
recruitment goals
* Send a daily report of how many DMs were sent from each account and how many
leads came in
* Set up a basic data tracker on google sheets or similar, so you can track what strategy is directly working best for you.

Requirements:

* Knowledge of Instagram and social media best practices
* A second phone (ideally an iPhone)
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet goals
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Regardless of experience, you will receive full training for the role in the form of videos,
PDFs, and ongoing support from our marketing team.
