Instagram Outreach & Appointment Setter

We are looking for a VA who is motivated, looking always to improve and open to feedback to work from home in a full time capacity for an established education company in the investing sector.

TASK
Your tasks will be divided in two main roles:
– Instagram Outreach (Mon – Fri, 3 hours per day): You will be sending 200-400 DMs to our followers per day with default template messages

– Weekend Appointment Setter (Sat- Sun, 6 hours per day): You will be monitoring our chats on the weekend and handle conversations, qualify leads and book appointment following a precise script.

SKILLS REQUIRED
– You must have a strong proficiency in English language and writing
– You must be autonomous in your day to day job but proactive to reach out to your team manager
– You are empathetic with people and like chatting with them
– You have experience as VA
– (Optional) You have experience as Instagram Outreach and / or Appointment Setter

REQUIREMENTS
– Ability to work within Central European timezone
– You must have a recent smartphone model to handle the role effectively
– You are open to work on weekends
– You must NOT have a full-time job at the moment
– (Optional) You are open to work on Central European Timezone evening time for additional tasks & higher salary (20.00-23.00 CET)

BENEFITS
– Performance based salary per DMs sent (€100 x 3,000 DMs sent) and sales generated from your bookings (2% commission on €2,500 average ticket = €50 per sale. Based on current sales volume, you can expect 1 sale per weekend).

– Start as part time job to transition to full time job. When you join the team, you’ll be working only on Instagram Outreach while we train you as Appointment Setter. You’ll be adding the second role to your tasks after 3-4 weeks with us.

Expected Salary is €200 / mo as part time job (starting period) to €500-€600 / mo as full time job (after 1 month).
If you are a good performer and motivated person, we can handle to you more tasks in the company (= higher salary).

– Advanced video course training about the stock market (regular price for our clients €2,500 – and instead offered for free for our team members)
