Instagram Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Instagram Outreach Specialist to join our team. As an Instagram Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for reaching out to realtors in the USA through direct messages (DMs) on Instagram. Your goal will be to generate interest and promote our MK Media Newsletter. This is a part-time position requiring 4 hours of work per day, with at least 2 hours dedicated to DM outreach and the rest for responding to inquiries. Daily screen recordings will be required to track outreach efforts.

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily DM outreach to realtors in the USA, utilizing provided scripts and objection responses.
Engage in meaningful conversations to promote the MK Media Newsletter and generate interest.
Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries, questions, and comments from realtors interested in our services.
Utilize effective communication skills to address objections and provide persuasive responses.
Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions with potential leads.
Achieve daily outreach goals of 100 DMs between two designated Instagram accounts.
Monitor and track the progress of leads, ensuring accurate record-keeping of conversations and responses.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine scripts and objection responses based on feedback and market trends.
Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong familiarity with Instagram’s messaging system and platform.
Ability to adhere to provided scripts and objection responses, ensuring consistency in messaging.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
* Self-motivated and disciplined, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to meet daily outreach goals and work effectively under deadlines.
Willingness to provide daily screen recordings as proof of outreach efforts.
