As we expand our reach, we seek talented Virtual Assistants to join our team and play a crucial role in promoting our products within the vibrant female beauty and fashion community on Instagram.
Position Overview:
We seek proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to engage with Instagram pages and influencers within girly memes and femininity-dominated pages. The primary responsibility will be to initiate outreach messages, build relationships, and promote our stunning necklace collection. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of Instagram etiquette, and a passion for female beauty and fashion.
Responsibilities: ONLY ONE!
Instagram Outreach:
Identify and research relevant Instagram pages, influencers, and fashion bloggers within the desired niche. [THIS WILL BE DEMONSTRATED BY US TO ENSURE PAGE QUALITY STANDARDS]
Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills:
Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to craft persuasive and personalized outreach messages.
Familiarity with Instagram:
In-depth understanding of Instagram features, algorithms, and etiquette.
Previous experience with influencer outreach is a plus, but not mandatory.
Fashion and Beauty Enthusiast:
Passion for and knowledge of female beauty and fashion trends.
Organizational Skills:
Attention to detail in tracking conversations, collaborations, and performance metrics.
Payment:
THE PAYMENT OF $400 IS NOT FINAL. IT IS THE BASE SALARY THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE BY THE END OF THE MONTH. SAYING IT AGAIN, $400 IS NOT FINAL. IT WILL INCREASE DEPENDING ON THE SALE OF THE ONLINE STORE. YOU WILL BE RECEIVING 10% OF OUR REVENUE THAT COMES FROM YOU, DETAILS WILL BE SHARED IN THE GROUP MEETING. HENCE THE PAYMENT IS NOT STRAIGHTFORWARD BUT A SORT OF COMMISSION FOR WHICH YOU WILL BE PAID AT THE END OF THE MONTH.
