This role focuses on enhancing and growing a personal brand on Instagram by creating and editing lifestyle videos.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing:
• Edit, retouch, and enhance lifestyle videos to create visually appealing and engaging content.
• Ensure all videos align with the personal brand’s style and messaging.
2. Content Creation:
• Collaborate closely with our team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results.
• Develop innovative and creative ideas for Instagram content that will boost engagement and followers.
3. Brand Building:
• Strategize and implement techniques to grow the personal brand’s presence on Instagram.
• Regularly update and manage Instagram content to maintain a cohesive and attractive profile.
4. Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver edited videos within agreed deadlines.

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in Video Editing:
• Strong skills in video editing software with a portfolio showcasing your expertise.
2. Creative Eye:
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
3. Independence and Time Management:
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
4. Communication Skills:
• Good communication skills to understand and interpret project needs.
5. Experience in Social Media:
• Prior experience in building personal brands or managing social media content, particularly on Instagram.

Compensation:

• Per Edited Video: $5 per edited video.
• Salary & Long-Term Compensation: Can be discussed based on experience and the quality of work.
