We are in the process of creating a comprehensive city guide that features various experiences across multiple cities. These experiences include restaurant outings, bar visits, spa treatments, hotel pool day passes, children’s activities, sports activities … The unique aspect of this guide is its entirely video-based format, featuring Instagram reels as the primary content.
**Responsibilities:**
– Identify and collect Instagram reels that highlight unique experiences in various cities.
– Reels should primarily feature restaurants, bars, spas, hotels (for day passes), children’s activities, and sports activities.
– Reels should be of high quality, vertical format, free of text overlays, and should not include people speaking directly into the camera.
– The reels we seek should be created by the venues themselves to showcase their activities, not by influencers who are promoting themselves.
**Specific tasks include:**
– Find the name of the venue/place.
– Find the Instagram profile associated with the venue.
– Locate the Google Place ID of the venue using this tool: **Click to view/maps/documentation/javascript/examples/places-placeid-finder**
– Find the URL of the venue’s Instagram reel.
– Identify the type of experience (restaurant, spa, activity, etc.)
– Gather some keywords related to the venue or experience (types of cuisine, activities, etc.)
– Research and collect information on pricing, special offers, and menus. If available, provide URL of the page or PDF where these details can be found.
**How to Find the Reels:**
A useful approach would be to start by looking for the most interesting and trendy places in a city and then check their Instagram profiles for reels that fit our criteria. Using popular hashtags related to the cities and experiences you’re searching for (for example, #ParisFood, #BarcelonaSpa, #NewYorkKidsActivities, etc.) can also be a good strategy.
Remember, the goal is to enrich our database with relevant, high-quality reels from a variety of experiences across different cities, along with corresponding details like pricing and offers.
