We are looking for talented and results-driven Instagram Sales Closers to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting warm leads generated through our Instagram prospecting efforts into paying customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Qualification: Review and assess the quality of warm leads generated by our Instagram lead generation team. Gather additional information and ensure a clear understanding of the prospect’s needs and pain points.
2. Closing Deals: Utilize effective sales techniques and negotiation strategies to close deals and convert qualified leads into paying customers. Overcome objections, address concerns, and guide prospects through the sales process.
3. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, fostering trust and credibility. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive sales experience.
4. Account Management: Manage and nurture existing customer accounts, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Sales Reporting: Accurately track and record sales activities, including lead status, deals closed, revenue generated, and other relevant metrics in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
6. Sales Process Improvement: Continuously analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback to refine and optimize our sales processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
– Proven track record in sales, with a strong focus on closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build rapport with prospects.
– Familiarity with social media sales strategies, particularly Instagram, and an understanding of digital marketing principles.
– Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome objections and address customer concerns effectively.
– Self-motivated and driven, with a competitive spirit and a desire to achieve sales excellence.
– Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales tools.
– Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and lead generation departments.
– Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
