As an Instagram Shoutout Media Buyer, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and securing effective media placements on Instagram to enhance our brand’s visibility and reach.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Instagram Ads Buyer in media buying
Identify and engage with potential Instagram influencers for strategic shoutout collaborations.
Negotiate terms and pricing for media placements, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with campaign goals.
Manage relationships with influencers, facilitating content delivery and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to optimize media buying strategies.
Data Management and Reporting
Implement systems for effective data management related to Instagram Shoutout campaigns.
Generate and analyze reports to track campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
Quality Control
Create systems and processes that allow for your work to be quality-controlled by the Instagram Shoutout Manager and Director of Sales.
Ensure all scheduled campaigns are properly executed.
Implement execution systems and monitor insight monitoring.
Campaign coordination
Provide real-time feedback on campaign progress.
Ensure campaign briefs are properly communicated to the influencers.
Execute weekend specific campaigns
Oversee the implementation of the campaign during the weekend.
Achieve KPI target during but not limited to the weekend.
RESULTS
Achieve Ad Spend Budget Targets
Achieve Revenue Targets:
Drive revenue growth through Instagram Shoutouts, aiming for a minimum of $1,000,000 in new business revenue monthly.
Achieve Booked Call Targets:
Drive booked calls through Instagram Shoutouts, aiming for a minimum of 30 booked calls per Closer team member per week. (Adjust the target amount as needed).
Achieve Lead Flow Targets:
Drive lead flow through Instagram Shoutouts, aiming for a minimum of 150-180 news leads per Setter team member per week. (Adjust the target amount as needed).
Increase lead flow during weekends and stabilize lead flow during peak days.
Achieve Instagram Follower Growth
Drive Instagram follower growth through Instagram Shoutouts, aiming for a minimum of 1,000,000 followers by the end of 2024.
Achieve KPI Targets:
Establish, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators (KPI) targets for the department. KPIs will include: CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), CPBC (Cost Per Booked Call), CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPF (Cost Per Follower), Lead Quality Score.
Ensure Accurate And Efficient Data Management
Accurate and efficient data management for all ad-buying activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
Proven experience in Instagram marketing, influencer collaborations, and campaign management.
Demonstrated experience in media buying, preferably in the Instagram Shoutout space.
Negotiation
Strong negotiation skills for obtaining the best rates from influencers/pages.
Analytical
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data management and reporting.
Interpret campaign data and drive actionable insights.

Proactive in staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Ability to collaborate and lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

AGREEMENT TERMS
Time
This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position.
This is a demanding position.
To hit team projections/targets, there may be times when you have to work more than 40 hours per week.
This position is remote. You will have the freedom to work from anywhere.
You may request time off anytime.
You will also be expected to complete your daily tasks every day, Saturday-Wednesday.
You will also be expected to be available to communicate through Slack 7am – 4pm PST daily.
To keep campaigns going, you may need to be available during some weekends.
Your working hours will be logged using Clockify
Compensation:
Paid Hourly:
$5.00 Per Hour
40 Hours Per Week x 4 Weeks Per Month =
$800 Per Month
