We’re seeking a skilled Data Entry Admin Assistant to join the Rainmaker Family’s Instagram Shoutout team and contribute to our mission of market growth to help more mommas create financial freedom for their families.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Data Entry Virtual Assistant with us, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring data integrity, and supporting various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
Efficiently entering, updating, and managing data in our systems
Ensure up-to-date information is input into the data management system.
Implement system workflow in a precise manner.
Maintain data integrity with precision and attention to detail.
Verifying the accuracy and completeness of information
Coordinate with the Instagram Shoutout Ads Buyers to capture data daily.
Inform members of the IGSO Department in case of any missing information.
Assisting with data cleanup and organization projects
Join data clean-up sprints to maintain records of daily ads buying operations, ads spend tracking, and data analyses.
Communicate best practices to maintain efficient workflow.
Collaborating with team members to streamline data processes
Build workflow with the IGSO Ads Buyer and IGSO Manager to maintain a seamless information chain.
Provide suggestions to team members and other data entry admin assistants to promote efficient workflows.
Providing exceptional support in a remote work environment
Maintain open communication with the team.
Ensure availability to work during indicated working hours.
Compliance to quality assurance and data security standards.
Adhere to quality assurance standards and guidelines in data entry processes.
Adhere to data security protocols and confidentiality measures while handling sensitive information.
RESULTS
Achieve 90-95?curacy Rate: The percentage of correctly entered data compared to the total number of entries.
Timeliness: The average time taken to complete a set of data entry tasks. This will be monitored through data entry logs.
Achieve at least 90?edback and Satisfaction Score: The rating or feedback provided by stakeholders (e.g., supervisors, clients) on the quality of data entry work.

AGREEMENT TERMS
Time
This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position.
This position is remote. You will have the freedom to work from anywhere.
You may request time off anytime.
You will also be expected to complete your daily tasks every day, Monday to Wednesday
You will also be expected to be available to communicate through Slack 8AM-5PM PST daily.
Your working hours will be logged using Clockify
Compensation:
Paid Hourly:
$3.00 Per Hour
40 Hours Per Week x 4 Weeks Per Month =
$480 Per Month
