Are you an expert in using the Instagram Shoutout strategy as a marketing tool to generate leads for a sales funnel?
The Rainmaker Family is looking for an experienced “Instagram Shoutout Manager” that will create a brand new department within our organization. Experience is required and you will be asked to to verify that your involvement in other projects produced revenue.
The ideal candidate must be able to build a team/department from scratch.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Communicating and negotiating with the pages we will do the shoutouts on
– Engage with followers, influencers, and potential customers to build relationships
– Buying Ads w/ Company Money
– Implement strategies to increase followers and engagement rates
– Creating SOPs and execute them
– Creating tracking and data management systems
– Rigorous Quality Control
– Create strategies on how to reach other pages “shoutout” our instagram account.
– Provide regular reports summarizing performance and suggesting improvements
RESULTS:
– Must be able to increase views on our main Instagram Account from the Shoutouts.
– Maintain comprehensive SOPs and documentation for all processes in the Rainmaker Team.
– Goals are set in a timely manner
– Building awareness around our brand, product or service.
– Must be able to build relationships with other pages and influencers on instagram.
– Make sure that our potential partners are compatible with The Rainmaker brand and campaign idea.
REQUIREMENTS
– Proven experience managing Instagram Shoutouts for another business.
– Extensive experience in managing Instagram accounts
– Experience with the top social media management tools.
– Experience managing budgets
– Knowledge of advertising on various platforms
– Curiosity (updated on what is the current trends)
– Ability to manage influencer partnerships
– Strong communication skills

AGREEMENT TERMS
Time
– 8 am – 5 pm PST Monday – Friday.
– This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
– This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere.
– You may request time off anytime with advanced notice. (Time off requested through our company system.)
– Regular U.S. & Filipino Holidays are Honored
Compensation
– This position is salaried
– The pay range is $2000 – $3000 USD per month Depending on experience
– Opportunity for pay increases as skills increase
