Job Title: Social Media Manager (Freelance)
Our Business PorcelainRelics is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team on a freelance basis. We want to hear from you if you have a passion for crafting engaging content, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and a proven track record in growing brand presence!

Responsibilities:

-Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
-Create high-quality, relevant, and engaging content tailored to our target audience, while maintaining brand voice and aesthetic.
-Optimize content with relevant SEO and hashtags to increase organic reach.
-Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and achieve growth targets.
-Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and active community.
-Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform features, and competitor strategies, and suggest recommendations for improvements.
****Must know how to use and use now ChatGPT and other A.I. technology to make jobs easier

Requirements:

-At least 2 years of professional experience in social media management, preferably in the art or design industry.
-Strong portfolio showcasing a keen eye for aesthetics and compelling content creation.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Proficiency in social media analytics tools and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
-Knowledge of SEO best practices and hashtag research techniques.
-Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
-Must be based in the Philippines and available to work during regular business hours.
