Do you want to use your Instagram skills and contribute to the success of a well known and trusted coaching service in Australia?

I am looking for a part time social media manager with a difference. A person who can think about how to build a targeted audience, engage with followers and communicate with them through direct outreach to drive more enquiries.

This role is important to our growth strategy. Initially it will start with 15 hours per week and expand as we gain more traction.

Our coaching service specialises in helping Australian mortgage brokers grow their broking businesses (a mortgage broker is a person who organises a home loan on behalf of a consumer).

The role is heavily focused on Instagram and tasks would include:
– Preparing social posts based off content that is provided
– Posting images and videos/reels
– Building the number of followers per day (preferably around 20 to 30 per day)
– Boosting some posts to generate more exposure
– Doing direct outreach messages to followers with the goal of getting them interested to have a sales call with me
– Video editing and doing captions would be helpful

There may be other tasks as well, though the above is the core focus.

Role requirements:
– Fluent English written & communication skills
– Previous experience in direct outreach messaging to people
– Demonstrated history of building followers on IG accounts
– Demonstrated history of boosting posts/reels on Instagram
– Repurposing posts & videos to our other social channels (namely our FB Group which has 2,600 members)
– Ability to design IG posts
– Laptop & good internet speed
– Must be able to work Australian east coast work hours – UTC +11
