Instagram Talent Acquisition/Recruitment/Reachout

We are seeking a passionate and proactive individual to join our team as an Instagram Reachout Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to scour Instagram for talented Rap Artists and potential Mentors, fostering relationships to expand our network and contribute to the growth of these artists.

Responsibilities:
-Regularly browse and explore Instagram to identify talented Rap Artists with potential for collaboration.
-Utilize effective search techniques and stay updated on industry trends to discover emerging artists.
-Initiate and maintain communication with Rap Artists through direct messages, comments, and other engagement strategies.
-Craft compelling messages to convey our mission and the benefits of collaboration with our platform.
-Identify experienced Mentors in the music industry, including producers, songwriters, and established Rap Artists, through Instagram and other relevant platforms.
-Develop and nurture relationships with potential Mentors to encourage collaboration.
-Actively engage with the Rap music community on Rapcult, participating in relevant conversations and networking events to expand our reach.
-Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with company goals and initiatives.
-Maintain detailed records of interactions, artist profiles, and potential mentor leads.
-Provide regular reports on outreach activities, successes, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

-Strong passion for the Rap music industry and a keen interest in discovering emerging talent.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
-Proven experience in social media outreach, specifically on Instagram.
-Familiarity with current trends in the music industry and an understanding of the Rap genre.
-Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Previous experience in talent scouting or artist development.
-Existing connections within the music industry, especially in the Rap genre.
-A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box for artist and mentor engagement.
