Instagram Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented social media Virtual Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential leads on Instagram through direct messaging. The ideal candidate should be proficient in social media management, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable interacting with a diverse audience.

We will offer continuous weekly trainings to the selected candidate, aiming to enhance your performance. Additionally, performance bonuses may be awarded, if the selected candidate can demonstrate strong work ethic and complete the tasks required correctly.

This is a part time employment. Selected candidate must have access to internet 24/7, and ideally have a laptop / computer to complete these tasks at a faster rate. As messages will be inbound throughout each day, the selected candidate must be free and willing to respond correctly, as quickly as possible! Making this job opportunity very flexible.

I am an Online Fitness Coach who helps young men under 30 years old, build muscle and lose weight. So you will be interacting and having convocations within this demographic. I will provide you with all the structuring, systems and support you will need to be successful in this role. I am looking for someone who is motivated to build relationships with my leads and gather strategic information within the convocations, and to be motivated in being successful within the role.

Salary will vary depending on the efficiency. To begin with we are aware that the selected candidate may be slow at completing the required tasks, so the number of hours needed to work each week will decrease, in addition, some days there may be more messages to respond to than others, we are aware of this, and will factor that into the weekly hours worked and income!

Responsibilities:
– Reply to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally
– Follow a provided script to create conversation with leads in Instagram Direct Messages
– Provide regular updates on lead generation progress and any relevant insights
