We are seeking an exceptional Installation Scheduling Assistant to work alongside our local Australian Team as part of a Remote Team of Philippines stars.

Stan Bond SA is Adelaide, South Australia’s leading manufacturer of blinds, awnings, curtains, and various home improvement products. Celebrating over 50 years in the business, we have a diverse team of around 100 staff, including a significant remote team based in the Philippines.

POSITION Full-Time Remote (Remote Worker)
WORK HOURS: 6:00 AM onwards, Philippine Time

JOB ROLE:

Under the direction of the Service and Installation Manager and supported by other management, you will act as a part of the coordination team organizing and scheduling installation appointments, managing completed paperwork, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBLITIES:
Coordinate with customers for ETA, service inquiries, and warranty repairs post-deposit.
Develop and maintain installation runs to maximize efficiency.
Record all service works accurately in the CRM.
Manage daily coordination and communication with the installation team.
Proactively maintain customer relationships through exceptional written and verbal communication.
Contribute to KPI reporting and monitoring.
Organise and manage tasks and customer priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in scheduling and organizational roles.
Exceptional communication skills via phone, SMS, and email.
Proficiency in Google Apps (Calendars, Gmail).
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of organization.
Highly capable memory for customer details.
