We are seeking a talented Instructional Designer/Training Content Writer to join our team and create engaging, effective training content. The ideal candidate will blend clarity, conciseness, and a conversational tone to develop training materials that educate, motivate, and inspire our team. This role can be dual-focused, combining instructional design with adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and learning material creation.

Responsibilities:

– Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify training needs and translate complex information into accessible, learner-friendly content.
– Apply instructional design theories and practices to ensure content is effective for diverse learning styles, incorporating elements of the “why,” “what,” “how,” and “what if” learning quadrants.
– Utilize a variety of formats and channels to cater to different learning preferences, ensuring all training materials are aligned with our organizational goals and values.
– Continuously evaluate and update training content based on feedback and the evolving needs of our team.
– Emphasize adherence to company processes and best practices, ensuring high operational standards and a quick pace.
– Maintain strong communication skills and provide proactive updates to ensure smooth workflow.

– Experience working with e-learning platforms, content management systems, and design tools.
– Ability to work collaboratively with SMEs, project managers, and the learning and development team to meet project deadlines and objectives.
– A creative mindset, with a passion for developing innovative learning experiences that drive engagement and performance.
– Familiarity with SOPs and learning material creation.
– Ability to naturally adhere to best practices and maintain high operational standards without constant reminders.
