New Independent Insurance Agency looking for an administrative assistant to handle 3 specific tasks in order to allow producers to concentrate on sales activities.
Task 1 – 20% of time:
Light admin / book keeping – adding invoices to Quick books
Task 2 – 50% of time:
Appointment setting – outbound calls to potential prospects to set appointments for producers
Paid process and guideline training will be provided
– Expecting 30-40 calls per work day – during call block
Task 3 – 30% of time:
Other office tasks such as excel sheet management/creation or research tasks with clear instruction and goals
Qualifications and Skillsets
– MUST be willing to work full-time with no other commitments from other companies
– Preferred – be familiar with EZlynx
– Preferred – be familiar with Quickbooks
– MUST be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive
– Excellent in verbal and written communication
– Comfortable with making calls
– Has the ability to take directions, with strong initiative and attentive to details
Requirements
– Own laptop or computer
– Must provide Clearance Report (NBI or Police Clearance)
– Must have own headset and a web camera for meetings and phone calls
– Consistent internet – send Speedtest screenshot

Work set up:
– 100% remote work
– the shift is during US business hours, with a 1-hour lunch break and fixed weekends off
