Imagine a homeowner with a tree damaging their roof. If they call their insurance company directly, they will receive whatever the insurance adjusters deem right. But what if the homeowner calls us? We make sure they get paid 40 times more than what insurance companies usually pay.

This is where you come in. Your job as a Account Manager would involve interfacing and negotiating with insurance companies, preparing and clarifying accurate estimates from our estimators, managing communications with contractors and homeowners, providing weekly updates on claim progress, scheduling inspections, and much more. We will include you in every part of the process because we believe in developing your skills to be an exceptional public adjuster.

In this role, you will be essential in our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our insurance claim processes, expanding our client base through cold calling, and engaging with various administrative, marketing, and email marketing tasks.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

– Guiding the insurance claims process, from document preparation to data entry and follow-ups with clients and insurance companies.
– Conducting cold calling to acquire new customers and broaden our client base.
– Managing email marketing strategies to boost our client outreach and engagement.
– Utilizing advanced AI tools like ChatGPT for efficient and effective client communication.
– Managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to queries, scheduling appointments.
– Drafting professional emails, ensuring clear communication.
– Assisting with bookkeeping tasks such as invoice calculations and financial record management.
– Creating engaging marketing content to enhance our online presence.
– Monitoring and managing the general email inbox for efficient correspondence handling.
– Collaborating with our team for smooth workflow and effective communication.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role.
Experience with email, social media and cold calling marketing strategies.
Previous experience in cold calling and customer acquisition.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, due to the nature of the role that involves regular customer interactions.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in productivity tools such as email, spreadsheets, and project management software.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Proficiency in AI chatbot platforms, with ChatGPT being a major plus.
