Summary: . We are looking for an Insurance Customer Account Representative with 4+ years of experience. This individual will be responsible for managing a book of business from small to large accounts. The position requires day to day client servicing which entails a great deal of verbal, electronic and other written communications. The Account Manager will educate and guide our clients on their insurance portfolio, manage the renewal process, which includes providing pro-active account reviews and presenting options in written and oral form. Work is completed with a significant amount of independent discretion. While in this role, this person should be developing relationships with clients as well as other internal departments to work proactively to effectively and efficiently deliver services to clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary person to answer phone calls, emails & text msg
Works proactively to develop relationships with clients.
Engages in proactive Account Reviews with the client, and initiating the request for coverage changes and/or quotes as a result to the appropriate department
Works daily in our data management system (EZ Lynx) in accordance with our
Workflows.
Follow up on pending cancellations and reinstatements in accordance with our EZ Lynx procedures.
Responsible for day-to-day management of client accounts:Process all endorsements for the clients, including entering data into EZ Lynx, making changes on the company websites and follow up on the open activities. invoicing, certificates of insurance, auto id cards, responding to client questions.
Quote commercial & personal lines quotes Perform coverage reviews.
Create new and renewal submissions accurately as well as to follow up on submissions.
Bind policies.
Create proposals
Help review clients’ audits to ensure accuracy.
Resolve Claim, billing and underwriting issues. Problem solving
Invoicing and payment
Handling the renewal process for assigned clients: including gathering updated information, working with producers, renewal applications, rating, remarketing, reviewing and negotiating renewal pricing, preparing proposals and binders
Creating reports.
Maintaining appropriate service timelines on open activities.

Requirements:
Fluent in American English
Computer with dual monitor & high speed internet w/virus protection and spyware
4 years insurance experience
Access to local computer tech support
Able to sit for extended periods of time
Designated work area where client documents can be secured
Microsoft Office experience and licensed Microsoft Office software
Self motivated
