Job Description

We’re seeking a highly organized and empathetic Virtual Assistant to join our team to work with a US insurance agent. He is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of healthcare coverage and find the best plans to meet their needs. He prides himself on providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with his clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, social media engagement, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
Manage and update client records in our database
Process insurance applications and paperwork
Schedule appointments and follow-ups
Prepare reports and presentations
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails

Social Media Management:
Create and schedule engaging content for our social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn)
Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
Monitor industry trends and share relevant news and articles

Client Communication:
Assist clients with inquiries about their insurance policies
Explain insurance options and help them choose the right coverage
Provide exceptional customer service, especially to elderly clients who may require extra patience and guidance

Requirements:

Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and social media platforms
Insurance Knowledge: Solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and insurance products
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a friendly and professional phone demeanor
Interpersonal Skills: Patient, empathetic, and able to build rapport with clients, especially seniors
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
