Insurance VA – #InsuranceQuoterJob

Canyon State Insurance is seeking a Virtual Assistant (VA) with Insurance experience and the insurance system EzLynx. We’re a small insurance company that is looking to have a long-term VA to help us with our client needs!

This position will be using EzLynx, and primarily be quoting within the EzLynx system. Note, you MUST have at least 2 years of Insurance experience AND 2 years of EzLynx quoting experience.

Here are some of the job VA responsibilities for this position:

A. Application / Data Collection
– Filling out ACORD forms, Collect Client information to be able to quote, Entering insured or account details into EzLynx platform

B. Quoting
– Quote within EzLynx and with direct carrier, Sending the quote proposals to our licensed agents

C. Policy Issuing
– Put together binding policy documents, Bind quotes with your direct carriers, Submit bind requests to agencies

D. Policy Issuance
– Send policies to insureds, Send Auto ID cards to insured, File policy info in your EzLynx and attach documents, etc

E. Servicing Insureds
– Endorsements, Cancellations, Mortgagee Updates, Reinstatements, Renewals, Rewrites, etc
