Overview of an EZDB Insurance Verification Assistant:

The Insurance Verification Assistant will be responsible for providing dental offices in the U.S. with Breakdown Forms containing detailed information about dental insurance plans. Every Breakdown Form takes from 20 to 30 minutes to be completed, and they are produced according to information found on Insurance Websites, or, by calling the insurance company and talking to a representative.
This temporary position holds the potential for permanency, contingent upon individual performance and effectiveness.

Expectations and Commitment:

As an independent contractor, you must come to us with your own computer, that meets or exceeds our IT requirements. All new undertakings have an adaptation period, and we estimate that getting used to the service, the office you are going to be assigned to, and getting used to working virtually will take about 6 to 8 weeks. It is common and expected that you will devote more time and energy to building your business in the beginning.

Requirements:

– Full English proficiency (interviews will be in English);
– Microsoft Office skills, and proficiency with G-suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc);
– High-speed Internet, PC with 2 screens and headset;
– Excellent communication ability;
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
