We are currently seeking an experienced Insurance Virtual Assistant to join our team, with an emphasis on serving overseas clients. This role is a remote, full-time position, allowing for a flexible work environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Management:**
– Interact with overseas clients to understand their needs and requirements.
– Manage client correspondence and respond to inquiries via email, phone, or video call.
– Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance.
2. **Data Management:**
– Utilize InsuredMine, Less Annoying CRM, and other insurance-related CRM platforms to manage and update client information.
– Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
3. **Administrative Support:**
– Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary.
– Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
**Qualifications:**
– **Required:**
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in the insurance sector.
– Previous experience working with overseas clients.
– Proficient in using InsuredMine, Less Annoying CRM, and other insurance-related CRM platforms.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
– **Desirable:**
– Knowledge of the insurance industry and its latest trends.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently.
